摘要
目的观察Systemp脱敏剂治疗牙本质敏感症的临床疗效。方法采用随机分组对照试验,以75%氟化钠甘油为对照分别观察实验组和对照组的即时疗效和3个月后疗效,并进行统计学分析。结果实验组的即时疗效与3个月后疗效有效率分别为95.38%和89.23%,明显高于对照组的58.13%及46.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Systemp脱敏剂是较为理想的脱敏剂。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect in treating tooth hypersensitivity with systemp desensitizer.Methods 75% NaF glycerin served as control group.Evaluation was carried out by analysis of statistics at immediate and three months later treatment.Results The successful rates of immediate treatment and three months later treatment were 95.38% and 89.23% respectively.Those of control group were 58.13% and 46.25% respectively.Clinical effects between treating group and control group was significantly different（P0.01） at immediate and three months later curative effects after treatment.Conclusion Sysemp desensitizer shows better clinical treatment effects against tooth hypersensitivity.It is farily ideal desensitizer.
