摘要
随着汽车工业的快速发展,对车辆安全、环保、节能等方面提出了更高的要求,使得在汽车车轮制造中,热轧高强度钢板的应用变得越来越广泛。高强钢轮辐的冲压工艺也成为了重要的研究对象。本文以AutoForm有限元软件为平台,针对钢制车轮轮辐的冲压成形过程进行了三维有限元建模,对关键工序——拉深、反拉深、成形进行了数值模拟。通过比较模拟结果与实际零件的厚度变化规律,验证了有限元模型的可靠性。在此基础上,分析了回弹在成形件上的分布规律。
On the basis of AutoForm finite element software, a three-D finite element model of stamping process for steel wheel spoke has been established in the text. The three key steps (deep drawing,anti-drawing, forming) have been digitally simulated. By comparing the simulation results with the thick changing rule of real workpiece, the reliability of finite element model has been verified.The distribution of springbaek on the finished workpiece has been analyzed.
