摘要
船舶运行时,推力轴承基座除了受到衡定的静载作用外还受到随时间变化的不同频率的正弦载荷作用。当推力轴承基座刚度不够时,在载荷的作用下,容易引起推力轴承的可见晃动。利用ANSYS软件对某推力轴承基座的两种设计进行带预应力的谐响应分析,计算结果表明,在轴承的不同转速下,原基座响应振幅较大,而加强后的基座响应的振幅都在允许的范围。
The thrust beating base of warship subject to sinusoidal loading of different frequency corresponding to different time besides invariable static load, and the lack of rigidity of thrust beating base under the loading would cause obvious shake. By the use of finite element software ANSYS, the paper carried out harmonic response analysis considering prestressing force for two thrust bearing bases. The results show that under distinct rotation rate, the amplitude of robust base response are within the allowable scope.
