椎管减压椎弓根钉内固定治疗腰椎管狭窄症疗效观察 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨椎管减压联合椎弓根螺钉内固定技术治疗腰椎管狭窄症的效果。方法本组采用广泛椎板切除减压、横突间融合及椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎管狭窄32例。术中无神经根、脊髓及大血管损伤等严重并发症,从临床疗效以及术中、术后并发症等方面进行评价。结果随访6~36个月,平均18个月。根据日本矫形外科协会评分标准,本组优19例,良8例,可5例,优良率为84.4%。结论腰椎滑脱症行椎弓根螺钉内固定及横突间融合治疗腰椎管狭窄临床疗效满意,腰椎管减压、横突间融合和脊柱固定可以改善腰椎管狭窄临床症状,彻底减压以及获得术后植骨部位的骨性融合是保证治疗效果的关键。
