摘要
试验以田间调查发现的仁用杏优株8年生盛花期花枝为试材,利用人工霜箱明确花器官过冷却点并进行低温处理后,分别以其花瓣,雄蕊,雌蕊为试材,通过测定电解质外渗率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性蛋白含量对其抗寒能力进行排序,为新品种选育提供理论依据。结果表明:优异种质抗寒性强弱顺序为"优株Ⅰ号">"优株Ⅱ号">"优一">"龙王帽"。花器官抗寒能力顺序为花瓣>雄蕊>雌蕊。
The flower shoots of 8-year-old excellent apricot trees found during the investigation in field were used. After low temperature treatment using the artificial cream boxes, the supercooling point of floral organs was determined. To compare their cold resistance capacity, the petal, stamen and pistil were used to measure the electrolyte leakage, superoxide dismutase activity, malondialdehyde content and soluble protein content. The results showed that the order of cold resistance in excellent apricot germplasm was "Germplasm Ⅰ"〉 "Germplasm Ⅱ" "Youyi"〉"Longwangmao". The cold resistance capacity in floral organs was petal〉stamen〉 pistil.
