拐芹当归挥发性化学成分的气相色谱-质谱联用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析研究昆嵛山拐芹当归种子和根部挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取昆嵛山拐芹当归种子、根部挥发油,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)测定并分析挥发油组分。结果种子挥发油共鉴定出18种化合物,从拐芹根部挥发油共鉴定出36种化合物。结论拐芹当归种子和根部挥发油在化学成分、成分含量上均有明显不同;昆嵛山拐芹当归根部挥发油与已报道的陕南、东北的拐芹当归根部挥发油在化学成分方面也存在较大差异。 Objective To analyze the essential oils extracted from seeds and roots of Angelica polymorpha Maxim growing wild in Kunyu Mountain by water-steam distillation.Methods The essential oils were extracted by water distillation and analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrum(GC-MS).Results The GC-MS results indicated that there were 18 compounds in the essential oil from the seeds of Angelica polymorpha Maxim,while 36 compounds in the essential oil from the roots.Conclusion In addition to variation in components between essential oils from seeds and roots of Angelica polymorpha Maxim growing in Kunyu Mountain,there are also distinct constitutional differences for essential oils from roots of Angelica polymorpha Maxim growing in Kunyu Mountain,South of Shanxi as well as Northeast of China.
