摘要
针对高功率激光发射系统对一级扩束的要求(即光束质量和扩束倍率都得到较好的保证),研究了高功率激光一级扩束系统。从激光扩束系统的类型、镜体基材选取等方面论述了高功率激光发射系统的一级扩束设计过程。首先,通过分析扩束系统类型,设计了离轴无焦卡塞格林扩束系统;然后,对高功率激光反射镜基底材料选取进行分析,确定了采用金属无氧铜作为镜体的基底材料;最后,对设计结果分别进行了定性和定量检测。结果表明,该一级扩束系统的波相差为0.538λ(λ=0.6328μm),该系统像质好,性能优良,是一种可以被广泛采用的强激光扩束系统。
A first step beam expander for high power laser was designed and developed.The work includes the decision of optical system′s type and structure,the choice of the mirror material,etc.The designed abaxial beam expander is a Gassegrain system.Based on the analysis of the high power laser and mirror materials,a kind of copper was chosen to make the mirror.The mirror has very small thermal distortion and thus the beam quality is guaranteed.Qualitative and quantitative test was made.The RMS of the wave phase difference on the optics elements is 0.538 λ(λ=0.6328 μm).The system is of good performance and can be used as high power laser beam expander.
