摘要
随着国民经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的大幅提高,用户对供电可靠性的要求也越来越高。特别是2008年中国南方电网公司提出“以提高供电可靠率为总抓手”的总体工作目标,更凸显出提高供电可靠性的重要性。不停电作业是今后配网线路作业的主要发展方向,是提高配电系统供电可靠率和电网稳定性的有效途径。实现10kV配电线路不停电作业的各种作业方式:带电作业,移动电源作业法和旁路作业法;分析各种作业方法的优缺点和使用范围。
With the rapid development of national economy and the substantial increase in living standards of peoples, the requirement on the power supply reliability of the users is higher and higher, especially in the working object which is improving the reliability of electricity supply brought forward by the China Southern bility. W Power Grid Co. , Ltd in 2008, which shows the importance of improving the power supply relia- orking with power uninterrupted is a main developing direction in the future distribution line op- eration and an efficiency approach to improve the reliability of the distribution system power supply and the stability of the power grid. The paper presents the various methods to implement the lOkV overhead distribution lines working with power uninterrupted: live work, mobile power operation and operation on bypass. The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages and use range of the different operation methods.
