摘要
金融危机以来,农产品出口面临巨大的压力,而中小企业由于自身规模有限,实力弱,面临的形势更严峻。农产品出口信用保险作为WTO框架下所允许的政策,将在促进我国农产品出口上发挥更大的作用。本文在探讨我国农产品出口信用保险现状的基础上,分析目前农产品出口中小企业利用出口信用保险时存在的问题,并就农产品出口信用保险更好地促进我国农产品出口提供一些建议。
Since the outbreak of the financial crisis,agricultural exports are under tremendous strain,and the small and medium sized enterprises will be in the more severe situation due to their characters of limited scope,weak strength.Agricultural export credit insurance regarding a policy in WTO system will promote the extension of national export of agricultural products.Based on the discussion of our country＇ s situation of agricultural export credit insurance,this paper analyzes the problems that small and medium sized agricultural products export enterprises facing while utilizing export credit insurance,then puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to promote our country＇ s agricultural products export.
