认知行为疗法治疗心血管神经症疗效分析

摘要 目的探讨认知行为疗法对心血管神经症(CN)的影响。方法将60例CN患者随机分为药物治疗组和心理治疗组。其中心理治疗组在药物治疗基础上加用认知行为治疗。治疗前和治疗3个月后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行评定。结果心理治疗组3个月后SCL-90各项评分明显低于药物治疗组,以躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖尤为明显(P<0.01)。结论认知行为治疗对心血管神经症疗效显著。
