摘要
首先介绍了植物中稳定性碳同位素测定的方法,联同位素比(δ13C)和碳同位素分辨率(△)与细胞内CO2浓度(Ci)和水分利用效率(WUE)的数量化关系。并介绍了近15年来稳定性碳同位素在小麦水分利用效率研究中的应用进展。主要有以下几个方面:碳同位素分辨率(△)与地上部干物重/耗水量的关系,△与生物产量和籽粒产量的关系;△与气孔导度(G),△与细胞内CO2浓度(Ci)/外界CO2浓度(Ca)的关系;△与叶片CO2交换速率(CER)/叶片气孔导度(G)的关系;△与不同水旱地品种经济产量的关系;△与不同叶型(直立型、下披型)及叶温的关系;△与株高的关系;△与ABA和N素的关系。最后对其存在问题和应用前景作了讨论。
The test method of stable carbon isotope in plant was firstly introduced in this paper Thenthe quantity relations among the ratio of 13C/12C (13C ), carbon isotope discrimination (), intercellulardioxide concentration (Ci) and water use efficiency (WUE) were introduced The advance of application ofcarbon isotope discrimination in water use cfficicncy of wheat was introduced in follows aspect: the relationbetween n and ground dry matter/amout of watcr using, and grain yield; the relation between and gasexchange (G), and intcrcellular dioxidc concentration (Ci)/air dioxide concentration (Ca ); and leafdioxide exchange ratio (CER)/gas exchangc (G); the relation between and the grain yield of differentwater land and dry land wheat varieities, the relation bctween n and the leaf posture and leaf temperatureand dwarf isolines, the relation between and abscisic acid and nitrogen. The problems and the applicationpromise of carbon isotope discrimination were also discussed in this paper.
