摘要
《课程方案》的颁布为定向运动课程的建设提供了有力支撑。将定向运动从体育教育专业课程拓展到公共体育课程的教学中,运用教学实验进行校本开发研究。通过文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法,以扬州大学公共体育课定向运动课程班级大学生为实验对象,分别从机能、素质和心理方面选取相关指标,全面、客观地反映定向运动作为公共体育课在普通高校开展的重要价值与意义,为课程的校本开发提供依据。
The issue of curriculum scheme provided the big support for the building of orientation sports class. Through using the method of literature review,experiment and mathematical statistics,taking the students from Yangzhou University as research subject,this paper analyzed the significant meaning and value of orientation sports from the aspects of quality and mental and functional indexes,and provided the basis for school physical education development.
