摘要
在体育课准备活动中开展生动有趣的健美操,易于调动学生积极性,达到精神饱满、心情愉快,对促进学生的心理健康,养成终身体育习惯能起到积极的作用。结果显示:健美操融入体育课准备活动对女大学生的身体素质,心理素质和学习态度有较大的提高。
The lively aerobics exercise used in the warm-up of sports class can easily bring the enthusiasm into play and makes them reach the high spirits. It can promote the students’ mental health and cultivate the life long physical exercise habit. The result shows that the aerobics exercise combining into the warm-up of sports class can greatly improve female college students’ physical, mental quality and learning attitude.
