摘要
高中篮球运动人才不仅为CHBL和CUBA,也为CBA提供人才。高中篮球教练员的数量和质量是影响高中篮球人才培养的重要因素之一。通过了解和研究河南省16地市126名高中篮球教练员队伍的状况,针对目前存在的问题提出相应的建议,为河南省高中篮球教练员的培养和使用提供客观依据。
The basketball sports of high schools not only cultivate the talent for CHBL and CUBA,but also for CBA.The quantity and quality of high school basketball coaches is one of the major factors influencing the basketball talents cultivation.This paper,by using the method of questionnaire,makes investigation on 126 basketball coaches of 16 districs in Henan province.The result shows that the age structure is rational,and the time for amateur training is longer.Their academic background met the requirement,but less the senior academic coaches.Most high schools coaches can make training plan according to team practical condition and their experience.Their treatment is unsatisfactory,and most coaches receive the training.Based on it,some suggestions are put forward.
