摘要
在专用试验台上测试了机械式连续可变升程气门机构(CVVL)运动特性,测量了多个凸轮轴转速下进气门的升程、加速度和凸轮轴转矩等随偏心控制轴转角的关系。试验结果显示,最大气门升程和加速度、凸轮轴平均转矩和进气门开启持续期均随控制轴转角增加而增大;凸轮轴平均转矩随凸轮轴转速的增加而逐渐减小,驱动凸轮轴损耗的功小。改变控制轴转角可以使气门最大升程在9.7mm以下连续调节。
Dynamic performance of mechanical continuous variable valve lift(CVVL) is studied on a special valve - train test bench and intake valve lift, acceleration and camshaft torque against camshaft angle is measured. The result shows that the maximum lift, the maximum acceleration, average camshaft torque and valve lift event rise with eccentric shaft angle increasing. The average camshaft torque decreases with increased camshaft rotary velocity, and the power loss of activating camshaft appears very small. Varying the eccentric angle can achieve the maximum valve lift within 9.7mm adjusted continuously.
