摘要
采用柱色谱技术从豆豉姜甲醇提取物的氯仿部位和乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到了10个化合物,经理化常数、MS和NMR分析鉴别,确定分别为:山鸡椒胺甲(1)、6,7-二羟基-3,7-二甲基-2-辛烯酸(2)、N-反式香豆酰酪胺(3)、N-反式阿魏酰酪胺(4)、槲皮素(5)、木犀草素(6)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖(7)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖(8)、棕榈酸(9)、阿魏酸(10)。其中化合物1未见文献报道,化合物2、3、6、7、8、10为首次从本属植物中分离得到,化合物2、3为首次从该科植物中分离得到。
Column chromatographic technique was used for the isolation and purification of the chemical constituents of the chloroform portion and the ethyl acetate portion from methanol extract of the root of Litsea cubeba(Lour.) Pers..By means of MS and NMR spectroscopies and chemical methods,ten compounds were identified as:cubebamine A(1),6,7-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethyl-oct-2-enoic acid(2),N-trans-coumaroyl tyramine(3),N-trans-feruloyl tyramine(4),quercetin(5),luteolin(6),apigenin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),luteolin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),palmitic acid(9),ferulaic acid(10).Among them,compound 1 was unprecedentedly reported and compounds 2,3,6,7,8,10 were obtained from this genus for the first time.Compounds 2,3 were first reported to be isolated from Lauraceae.
