摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法测定了30%苍耳素EC对番茄灰霉病菌和黄瓜黑星病菌的毒力,并进行了田间药效试验。毒力测定结果表明:30%苍耳素EC抑制番茄灰霉病菌和黄瓜黑星病菌菌丝生长的EC50值分别为0.471 8、0.958 6 mg/mL;该药剂对两种病菌也有一定的保护和治疗作用,且保护作用优于治疗作用。田间药效试验表明:第2次施药14 d后,30%苍耳素EC 7 500 mL/hm2对两种病害的防效分别为72.03%、60.12%、50%扑海因WP 750 g/hm2对两种病害的防效分别为64.17%、62.07%;30%苍耳素EC7 500 ml/hm2对番茄灰霉病的防效显著高于50%扑海因WP,二者对黄瓜黑星病的防效无显著差异;30%苍耳素乳油对两种病害有良好的防效,有一定的持效性。
The efficacy of 30% of Cangersu EC against Botrytis cinerea Pers.and Cladosporium cucumerinum were tested in field by method of mycelium growth rate.The results showed that the EC50 value of Botrytis cinerea Pers.and Cladosporium cucumerinum inhibited by 30% of Cangersu EC were 0.471 8 and 0.958 6 mg/mL,respectively.The 30% of Cangersu EC also has protective effect and therapeutic effect to these two kinds of fungus,and the protective effect was better than the therapeutic effect.The results of field efficacy trials showed that 14 days after the second application of 30% of Cangersu EC by 7 500 mL/hm2 and 50% of Iprodione WP by 750 g/hm2,the control efficacy of 30% of Cangersu EC against Botrytis cinerea Pers.and Cladosporium cucumerinum were 72.03% and 60.12%,respectively,and the control efficacy of 50% of Iprodione WP against Botrytis cinerea Pers.and Cladosporium cucumerinum were 64.17% and 62.07%,respectively.The field efficacy of 30% of Cangersu EC against Botrytis cinerea Pers.was much higher than that of 50% of Iprodione WP,but there were no significant differences between Cangersu and Iprodione against Cladosporium cucumerinum.Therefore,the 30% of Cangersu EC has good field efficacy against the two kinds of disease and lasting effect.
