摘要
矩形解锁电连接器是电子设备与地面设备之间的电路连接与自动脱落的机电元件。套管作为矩形解锁电连器中的关键零件之一,对产品的性能起着决定性的作用。针对套管壁薄、孔深、多台阶的结构特点和尺寸精度、形位精度要求高、表面粗糙度值小的技术要求,研究了一套合理的加工工艺方案。
rectangular unlock electrical connecting piece is a electromechanical components for electrical circuit link and fall off automatically between electrical device and ground device.A linking is a key part,it can decides products performance.It studies a set of reasonable processing technic plan,based on thin-walled、deep-hole、multi-step construction features and technical characteristic such as high di-mension accuracy、high form and position accuracy and little surface tolerance.
