摘要
针对750KW风力发电机组传动系统中行星轮系式齿轮箱齿轮的失效形式,重新设计和改进了增速齿轮箱各轮系参数,并按该配置方案在UG软件中建立了风力发电机三维参数化模型。利用UG、ADAMS、ANSYS三者之间的转换接口,在ADAMS中,进行了各轴转速、转矩及齿轮啮合力的仿真计算,并通过仿真计算结果得出传动系统的最薄弱环节,对该环节进行了柔性动力学分析,得出薄弱环节的应力分布云图。另外也提供了一种柔性动力学分析的方法。
It re-design and improvement of the gear box parameters to the gear-type form of the failure of planetary gear box in driven system of 750KW wind generating set.And with this allocation plan,established a three-dimensional wind turbine parameters model in UG.Via the interface among UG and ADAMS,ANSYS and carry out the conduct of the shaft speed,torque simulation,meshing force simula-tion in ADAMS,found the weak part in transmission system.To the weak part,carry out flexible body simu-lation in ADAMS,and draw stress nephogram of the weak part.In addition,also provides a flexible method of kinetic analysis.
