摘要
在某些特殊应用领域,水液压系统的输出压力是变化的。针对此情况,提出在水压泵的出水口处安装多个蓄能器以吸收不同输出压力工况下的压力脉动。在建立蓄能器吸收压力脉动理论数学模型的基础上,应用相关的仿真分析软件,讨论不同充气压力组合的蓄能器组在不同输出压力条件下吸收压力脉动的特性,并进行对应的试验分析。该理论仿真和试验结果可为变压系统的减振降噪研究工作提供参考。
In some special application fields,the output pressure of water hydraulic system is variable.Some accumulators were installed near the outlet of water pump to absorb pressure pulsation on the working condition of different output pressure.The mathematic model on absorbing pressure pulsation for accumulator group was set up,the characteristic on absorbing pressure pulsation for accumulator group with different gas pressure was discussed by the correlative simulation software.Corresponding test was done.The results of simulation and test provide reference for the reduction of vibration and noise of varying pressure water hydraulic system.
