摘要
基于自动控制和图像检测技术的智能视频桥梁检测车,实现桥梁底面缺陷自动检测,成为解决人工检测方式缺点的一个良好发展方向。作者着重研究工作臂的超声探障系统,实现工作臂准确地探测自身状态和空间状态信息;基于建立工作臂运动模拟实验装置,验证了超声波探障系统的有效性,为避障和运动控制提供了有效的位置信息。
Intelligent-video bridge-inspection vehicle based on automatic control and image detection technology can achieve automatic detection of defects underside of the bridge. The ultrasound obstacle-detected system of performance arm was studied. By this system, the performance arm can accurately detect its state and space state information. A working arm motion simulation experimental device was established to verify the effectiveness of ultrasonic obstacle-detected system. This system can provide an effective location information for obstacle avoidance and motion control.
