摘要
设计基于AVR单片机的气动位置控制系统。该系统通过电磁阀来控制气缸,节约了控制系统成本;控制器由基于AVR单片机的电路组成,体积小,操作简单,采用二维模糊控制的控制策略。实验结果证明:该系统控制精度高、稳定性好,在气动位置控制领域有较好的推广应用价值。
The pneumatic position control system based on the AVR MCU was designed, in which the electromagnetic valve was used as the control unit to drive the pneumatic cylinder, so that the cost of the system was reduced. The controller was composed by the circuits based on the AVR MCU, which had the small size and easy operation. The control scheme was 2D fuzzy control. The experimental result proves that this system has high precision, stability and application value in pneumatic field.
