摘要
介绍了一种开放式数控系统运动控制器的设计,并给出了以DSP+CPLD为主控模块的运动控制的硬件总体设计和相应的软件总体设计,在硬件方面,着重分析了TMS320F2812的工作原理以及主要控制引脚的功能,与DSP相结合的CPLD的工作原理以及功能实现;在软件方面,介绍了如何使用TMS320F2812芯片串行通信接口模块(SCI).
This text introduces a method of the design of motion controller of Open-architecture NC system and gives the design of the hardware system and software system of the motion controller based on DSP and CPLD.In the hardware aspect,We emphatically introduce the principle of movement of TMS320F2812 and the pin functions which are basically used for controlling,the principle of movement of CPLD which works with DSP and how to realize the function;In the software aspect,his paper gives the relevant software programming as a whole to show how to use the line of correspondence interface module SCI of TMS320F2812.
