摘要
为了比较陇南地区油橄榄品种间光合能力的差异,采用低光强下的斜率法对甘肃油橄榄主要栽培品种进行了光合-光响应的测定,根据光合生理参数对各品种进行综合分析。结果表明,除城固32、九峰6号外,其它品种的光合-光响应拟合较成功。阿斯的光能利用效率最高,但是在水分和光照都很充足的条件才能高产;莱星和九峰6号光能利用效率也较高,对光照要求中等,但是对水分的需要量可能会较大;配多灵表观量子效率较高,但呼吸量也很大;科拉蒂最大的特点是低光合补偿点,低呼吸速率,而且水分利用效率最高;皮削利品种属于低表观量子效率且呼吸速率最低的品种。
In order to compare of differences of photosynthetic capacities among different olive cultivars at Longnan areas,photosynthesis-light responses of the main olive cultivars were determined by using slope method under low light intensity.Based on some parameters of photosynthetic physiology,the varieties were comprehensively analyzed.The results showed that linear fittings of the cultivars had high reliability,but Chenggu 32 and Jiufeng No.6.Asi had the highest light use efficiency,but need enough water and light for achieving high yield.Laixing and Jiufeng No.6 had higher light use efficiency and greater respiration amount.Peiduoling had higher apparent quantum yield and greater respiration amount.Keladi had lower light compensation point,lower respiration rate and higher water use efficiency.Pixiaoli had lower apparent quantum yield and the lowest respiration rate.
