摘要
AMT离合器液压执行机构的死区现象是一个具有代表性的液压位置控制难题。本文首先针对液压比例系统中存在的死区非线性进行建模,并分析死区对位置伺服控制的影响。为了解决死区对AMT离合器位置控制的影响,提出了一种简单易行的PID补偿控制方法,并通过实车离合器测试结果验证该方法的可行性。
Dead zone of the electro-hydraulic clutch actuator on automated manual transmission (AMT) is known as a typical difficulty of the hydraulics position control. This paper firstly analyses the dead-zone nonlinear characteristic through a simulation test. In order to solve the influence of the deadzone characteristic on position control of the AMT electro-hydraulic clutch, the paper raises a simple possibility of PID compensation and verifies its feasibility through the bench test.
