摘要 以断裂力学理论为基础,推导了焊接箱形梁裂纹尖端应力强度因子计算公式,以ANSYS作为计算工具,模拟焊接箱形梁裂纹扩展,并采用奇异单元计算在不同长度初始裂纹下起重机焊接箱形梁应力强度因子范围。 The calculation formula for the stress intensity factor at the tip of the crack on welded box girder is derived based on the fracture mechanics theory, and crack expansion of welded box girder is simulated with ANSYS, in addition, the range of stress intensity factor for the welded box girder of crane under different length of initial cracks is also calculated by adopting singular elements.
