摘要
空调器压缩机配管由薄壁紫铜管折弯后焊接而成,折弯后铜管的壁厚发生变化,并存在残余应力,对空调器配管的模态产生影响。采用显式动力学方法对铜管的折弯过程进行了模拟,获取折弯铜管回弹后的壁厚和残余应力,然后进行了模态分析,同时对折弯的铜管进行模态测试。一致性分析显示,采用了壁厚变化和残余应力的有限元模型,同试验测试的模态吻合。
Pipes of air conditioner are made up of the bended thin-shell copper pipes.The bended pipe has variational thickness and prestress,which affect the modal of the pipes.the process of bending pipe is simulated with explicit method,and the pipe's springback process is also simulated.The natural frequencies of the copper pipes with variational thickness and prestress are calculated and compared with the test data.The correlation analysis results indicate that the modal pararmeters of FE model considered the variational thickness and prostress are consistent well with the test model parameters.
