无机絮凝剂对制胶废水的脱色处理 被引量:2

摘要 采用硫酸铝钾、硫酸铝、硫酸铁、三氯化铁等4种无机絮凝剂处理橡胶废水,研究其脱色效果,并采用单因子试验设计方法,研究三氯化铁对絮凝速率、吸光度及絮凝物量的影响。结果表明:随着絮凝时间的延长,经三氯化铁处理的橡胶废水吸光度降低,表明脱色效果趋好,当絮凝时间达18000s后脱色效果达到最佳;三氯化铁量对吸光度有极显著影响,并建立数学模型y=30.999-6.571x+0. Decolorization of NR waste water was studied using four kinds of inorganic flocculants KAl(SO4)2,Al2(SO4)3,Fe2(SO4)3 and FeCl3.And single-factor experiment design method was used to study the effect of ferric trichloride flocculant on coagulation rate,absorbance and flocculation.The results showed that with the extension of coagulation time,absorbance of rubber waste water treated with ferric trichloride reduced,which indicated that decolorization effect got better.When the flocculation time was up to 18 000 s,the decolorization effect was the best.The amount of ferric trichloride had a very significant impact on the absorbance.And mathematical model was established.y=30.999-6.571x+0.4643x2.
