摘要
"中国管理研究中是否存在中国特色管理",这个议题迄今为止还存在很大分歧,本文采用思辨研究的方法,对分歧产生的原因进行剖析后,认为:并不存在所谓中国特色的管理,之所以有"中国特色管理"这样的观点,是因为西方管理理论赖以生存的环境条件在中国这样的环境下发生了改变,专家们寄希望于在中国的环境条件下创立中国的管理理论;所创立的管理理论是基于中国的环境条件的,如果其他的国家和地区在满足同样条件时,这种管理理论也会适用,因此称其为"管理学在中国"较为合理。影响管理理论的环境条件归纳起来有以下四个方面:私有产品的提供以公有产权为基础;公共产品的提供无法做到真正的公共选择;经济特色"新兴加转轨";中国传统文化的影响。同时将现在中国管理研究命题归纳起来分为五类:研究价值命题;研究本体与环境(情景)相匹配的命题;管理本身的问题,情景交融无法分开本体和情景的命题;本体和情景即使能分开,前提的变量也是多变量交织在一起的命题;管理的本体和情景能分开的一类命题。
It has so far much difference that china management study exist china characteristic management or not. we anatomise the reason of producing difference by using the method of the thought differentiating, and consider that there not exist so-called research china characteristic management, the circumstance which western management theory exist arises alert in china environment, experts pin their hope on founding china management theory in china environment so that the view of china characteristic management appears. Though the founded management theory based on china condition, other country satisfy the same condition, the kind of theory adopt this place too, so we called ＂management in china＂ with reason, we sum up the condition which influence management theory ： private product offer based on common property right ; common product offer can＇ t live up to public choise ; the rising and shunting economy trait ; the influence of china tradition culture, we classify the present china management study proposition ： study value proposition , study the proposition which noumenon match with scene, study the proposition which noumenon can＇ t disjoin scene, which is the self matter of management, study the proposition which precondition variable consist of much variable even if noumenon can disjoin scene, study the proposition which management noumenon can disjoin scene.
