摘要
本文研究了在湿热环境中的吸湿行为、水对玻璃纤维毡增强聚丙烯(GMT-PP)复合材料界面的破坏作用及沸水浸泡对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:玻璃纤维毡增强聚丙烯(GMT-PP)复合材料的吸湿行为与复合体系的浸渍程度,纤维含量等因素有关,进入玻璃纤维毡增强聚丙烯材料界面的水造成材料的界面脱粘,使材料的力学性能下降,水对界面的破坏作用与复合体系的浸渍程度有关。
The moisture absorption of glass fiber mat reinfoced polypropylene the effects of water on interfacial fracture and glass fiber mat reinfoced polypropylene immersed in boiling water on its mechanical behavior were studied.The results showed that moisture absorption of GMT-PP was related to the factors such as the degree of impregnation and fiber content of composite.The water entering into interface led to interface debonding and reduction in mechanical properties;the interfacial fracture of water on glass fiber mat reinfoced polypropylene was related to the degree of impregnation.
