摘要
用紫外光(UV光)引发玉米淀粉与丙烯腈接枝,对影响反应接枝百分率和接枝效率的诸因素进行了研究;对接枝皂化产物进行了吸水性试验;用IR对接枝产物进行了表征。研究结果表明,对碱糊化玉米淀粉的接枝,单体与淀粉(以脱水葡萄糖单元AGU计)摩尔比8,反应时间50min,引发剂浓度3.8~7.6×10-4mol/L时,其接枝百分率和接枝效率最高。接枝皂化物吸水率达650gH2O/gsample。
Graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile(AN) onto starch under the irradiation of ultraviolet light(UV light) was studied. Effect of various factors on the percentage of grafting( G %) and the grafting efficiency( E %) were examined. The products were characterized by IR. Saponified starch g PAN is a high water absorbent resin which can absorb as much as 650 times its mass of water.
