摘要 转基因植物疫苗作为一种口服疫苗,具有十分广阔的应用前景。本文从转基因植物疫苗的优点、转基因植物疫苗的应用前景、转基因植物疫苗的制作流程、转基因植物疫苗的作用机理、已获得的转基因植物疫苗等方面进行了论述。最后对转基因植物疫苗现存的问题进行了分析并提出了相应的解决方案,以便使转基因植物疫苗能更好的服务于畜牧生产。 Transgenic plant vaccine as a type of oral vaccine, is of great prospects. This paper firstly discussed advantages, usage prospects and production process of transgenic plant vaccine. Then the mechanism of transgenic plant vaccine in body was displayed. Forthermore, some transgenic plant vaccines which were applied in practice were also introduced in the paper. Finally the existing problems in production of transgenic plant vac- cine were analyzed and the appropriate solutions were provided to serve husbandry practice.
