摘要
2006—2009年在黑龙江省森林植物园科研基地进行了风箱果属内植物种间杂交试验。结果表明:不同杂交组合的亲和性不同,试验的6个杂交组合均得到了发育正常的杂交F1代种子,但结实率不同,其中以风箱果为母本的杂交组合,杂种F1代的结实率为85.71%和88.57%,表现出较高的杂交亲和力;以紫叶风箱果为母本的杂交组合,杂种F1代的结实率仅为28.82%和30.05%,杂交亲和力较差;而以金叶风箱果为母本的杂交组合,杂种F1代的结实率为52.15%和60.75%,杂交亲和力中等。风箱果属内植物种间杂交获得成功,杂种F1代生长良好,叶色变异丰富,杂交优势较强。已发现若干符合育种目标的新类型。
Interspecific hybridization among Physocarpus spp. was conducted in Heilongjiang Forest Botanical Garden during 2006 and 2009. Result showed that the affinities were various for different combinations. Six hybrid combinations produced normal F1 hybrid seeds,but the seed setting rates were different,among which the seed setting rates of F1 generation hybrid using Physocarpus amurensis (Maxim.) Maxim. as the female parent were 85.71% and 88.57%,indicating a high hybridization affinity; those for the F1 generation hybrid using Physocarpus opulifolius 'Diabolo' as the female parent were 28.82% and 30.05%,indicating a low hybridization affinity; those for the F1 generation hybrid using Physocarpus opulifolius 'Lutein' as the female parent were 52.15% and 60.75%,indicating a moderate hybridization affinity. Successful interspecific hybridization of Physocarpus plants was obtained due to the better growth of hybrid F1 generation,abundant variation in leaf color and strong heterosis. Several new types,which accorded with the goals of line breeding,were found.
