摘要
阐明了高校院系图书资料室的作用,就如何加强高校院系图书资料室的管理和创新提出了一些建议。认为院系图书资料室可以从建立专业特色数据库、资源共享、规范管理及人员培训等方面着手,来更好地发挥院系图书资料室的作用。
The functions of college/department reference room in university are analysed, and some suggestions on the management and innovation of the college/department reference room in university are also put forward. It is considered that the reference room could fulfill those functions better by establishment of database for speciality, resource sharing, standard management and personnel training, and so on.
