摘要
环糊精类物质通过改性可接枝到真丝上.在碱性水溶液中采用β-环糊精与对甲苯磺酰氯(TsCl)以1∶6的摩尔比反应合成了2位碳仲羟基单对甲苯磺酰β-环糊精酯(β-CD-2-OTs),然后采用乙二胺取代对甲基苯磺酸酯基合成了2-乙二胺基-β-环糊精(β-CD-2-E),最后用2,3-二溴丙酰氯与2-乙二胺基-β-环糊精反应得到了对真丝具有反应活性的单-(2-(2,3-二溴丙酰乙二胺基)-2-去氧)-β-环糊精(β-CD-2-EDBA)单体,通过红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱分析证明实验成功地获得了目标产物.通过采用合成产物对真丝进行接枝、恒重法测定接枝率、比较接枝前后真丝的红外光谱及扫描电子显微镜照片比较,发现合成产物对真丝具有一定的接枝效果.
Cyclodextrins can be grafted onto silk in fragrance finishing. Mono-(2-O-tosyl)-β-cyclodextrin (β-CD-2-OTs) was produced under a chemical reaction between β-cyclodextrin and TsCl with a mole ratio of 1:6 in alkaline aqueous solution. 2-ethylenediamio-β-cyclodextrin(β-CD-2-E) was synthesized under the reaction between β-CD-2-OTs and ethylenediamine at the temperature around 60℃. Mono-(2-(2,3-dibromoacyloylaminoethyl)-2-deoxy)-β-cyclodextrin was synthesized through the reaction between β-CD-2-E and 2,3-dibromopropionyl chloride. The synthesis process was proved to be sucessful through the analysis of FT-IR spectra and 1H-NMR spectrum. The novel finishing agent was proved to graft onto silk successfully through the scanning electron microscopy pictures.
