摘要
研究了3-甲氧基-甲亚胺H与硼的显色反应。在乙酸-乙酸铵缓冲溶液中,硼与3-甲氧基-甲亚胺H形成12的黄色配合物,最大吸收在420nm波长处,摩尔吸光系数为7.19×103,sandel灵敏度为0.0015μg/cm2。当每25mL硼含量在0μg~35μg范围内符合比耳定律,应用于化妆品中硼的测定获得满意的结果。
hydroxy 3 methoxybenzylidene amino) 8 hydroxynaphalene 3 6 disulphonic acid is a sensitive new chromogenic reagent for Boron.In this work,its reaction with B has been studied.In a NH 4Ac HAc buffer medium of pH=5.7,B(Ⅲ) reacts with 1 (2 hydroxy 3 methoxybenzylidene amino) 8 hydroxynaphalene 3 6 disulphonic acid to form a 1∶2 yellow complex,a maximum absorption at 420nm.Its molar absorptivity is 7.19×10 3L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,Sandell's sensitivity is 0.0015μg/cm 2,Beer's law is obeyed for 0μg~35μg B(Ⅲ)in 25mL.This method has been applied to the determination of B in cosmetics.The results are satisfactory.
