摘要
以浸渍法制备了ZnCl2/Kaolin多相催化剂,采用二元旋转回归试验设计方法,对催化剂制备过程中浸渍浓度[Z1]、活化温度[Z2]、及活化时间[Z3]对催化剂活性的影响进行了研究,导出优化回归方程Y=-0.5521179-0.0266170Z3-0.0001503Z1Z2-0.0029162Z21-0.0000030Z22。ZnCl2/Kaolin多相催化剂与ZnO均相催化剂相比,在相同的反应温度下,松香十二醇酯酯化转化率提高5.57%,反应时间缩短9.1%;在相同反应时间内达到相同转化率时,松香乙二醇酯酯化反应温度可降低20℃。
The heterogeneous catalysts were prepared by impregnating Zn salt onto support kaolin.The effects of the main preperated conditions such as impregnating concentratin (Z 1),activating temperature(Z 2) and activating times(Z 3) on the catalytic activity were investigated.The optimum regression equation was suggested as Y=-0.5521179-0.0266170Z 3-0.0001503Z 1Z 2-0.0029162Z 2 1-0.0000030Z 2 2.Compared the heterogeneous catalyst ZnCl 2/Kaolin with the homogeneous catalyst ZnO,a 5.57% increase in percent esterification conversion and 9.1% reduction in reacting time in the same reacting temperature for rosin dodecanol ester ,or a 20℃decrease in reacting temperature in the same reacting time and conversion for rosin glycol ester were shown.
