摘要
通过数值模拟的方法研究了超声辅助振动车削中刀具温度场分布及切削热变化规律,并对仿真结果进行了试验验证。利用红外温度传感器测量了超声辅助振动切削过程中刀具前刀面上不同位置的温度值,该模拟反应了刀具的温度场分布,试验结果验证了仿真结果的准确性。
Temperature field of cutting tool and the change of cutting heat in Ultrasonically Vibration assisted Turning (UVT) are studied from numerical simulation in this paper. In order to describe temperature field of cutting tool through experiment, an infrared temperature sensor is used to measure the change of temperature in different site of rake face, and the experiment results demonstrate good agreement with the simulation.
