摘要
回波强度是气象雷达最重要的测量参数,包括强度探测范围和强度探测精度两个指标。本文探讨了频扫雷达进行气象探测时回波强度处理方法。试验证明,利用高速高精度AD转换器测得的强度探测范围能够满足指标要求;利用标准信号源、波束控制器和气象信号处理器协同工作进行标定后测得的强度探测精度能够满足指标要求。
The echo intensity, the most important measurement parameter of weather radars, consists of the detection range and precision. The processing methods of the echo intensity detected by frequency-scan weather radars are discussed. The test results show that the detection range and precision of the intensity measured respectively through the A/D converter with high speed and precision as well as the cooperative working and calibration of the standard signal source, beam controller and weather signal processor can meet the requirements of indexes.
