摘要
通过调查发现,当前我国农村教师继续教育在培训的模式、内容和管理等方面存在一些问题。而需求导向的农村教师个性化继续教育培训体系的建构,需要达成四个"转变":从以培训机构需求为主向受训教师需求为主转变;要以促进教育理念的转变作为教师继续教育培训的首要任务;从以学历教育为主向提升教师实施素质教育的能力转变;从培训机构各自为政向综合利用优质教育资源转变。
Through the survey,at present,there are some problems in the training form、 contents and management in continuing education of our countryside teachers. In order to develop the training system of the need-oriented countryside teachers in specific continuing education,it needs four＂changes＂：changing from the need oriented training organization to the trained teachers need-oriented,promoting the change of the education concept as the first task of teachers continuing education train;shifting from academic credentials education to improve teachers’ability of practicing quality-oriented education;transforming from individual training organizations to use the top quality of education resources comprehensively.
