生物质催化热解油的GC-MS分析 被引量:7

GC-MS analysis of bio-oil from biomass pyrolysis

摘要 通过酸洗脱灰及脱灰后添加催化剂DHC-32等不同预处理方式处理的玉米秸秆为原料,在小型固定床反应器上制取生物油,用GC-MS分析技术对生物油的成分进行分析。研究结果表明:矿物质的存在降低了热解油的产率,矿物质和催化剂对生物油中化学组分具有显著影响。 After corn stalks pretreated by two manners,acid demineralization and adding the catalyst DHC-32 after acid demineralization,bio-oil is pyrolysised in fixed-bed reactor.the component of bio-oil is analysed by GC-MS.The results show that the presence of minerals and catalyzer is of significant effect on the chemical component of bio-oil which comes from biomass pyrolysis.
