摘要
阿尔茨海默病是目前老年人最为常见的痴呆病。迄今为止,AD的病因和机制尚不清楚。近年来的实验研究表明,脑神经元内Ca2+稳态失调与钙信号通路中重要的因子发生差异表达与AD密切相关。从研究Ca2+动态平衡/Ca2+信号系统的分子机制入手,对钙信号与AD病因及机制作一综述,有助于对钙信号与AD发病机制的关系进行更深入的研究。
Alzheimer disease(AD) is the most common dementia in the elderly.However, the etiological factor and mechanisms of alzheimer disease are still unclear.Recently, more and more studies showed that disruption of calcium homeostasis and differential expressions of calcium signals factors may be related to AD.This paper summarized the relationship between Calcium Signaling and the mechanisms of AD, to explore the possible causes of Alzheimer disease.
