摘要
目的:应用火焰原子吸收法测定新疆不同地区、不同品种、不同季节桑叶中微量元素锌、铁、铜、锰、钙的含量。方法:对试样用硝酸和高氯酸进行消化,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法进行方法的准确性和精密度考察。结果:标准曲线线性关系良好,平均相对标准偏差小于1.24%,回收率范围在93.6%~103.8%之间,结果令人满意。结论:桑叶的药用价值与其含有丰富的微量元素有一定的相关性,具有较高的开发利用价值。
Objective:Determination of different regions, different varieties and different seasons o Xinjiang mulberry leaves of zinc, iron, copper, manganese and calcium content Methods:Sample were digested by nitric-acid and perchloric-acid ,Five trace element content in each digested solution of mulberry leaves were analysed by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results: Standard curve showed a good linear relationship.the recover was 93.6%~103.8% with the RSD less than 1.24% Conclusion:The medicinal value of mulberry leaves was certainly related to the enrichment of trace elements. Has the high development use value.
