摘要 功能梯度材料由于其独特的性能而越来越受到人们的青睐。总结了功能梯度材料的各种制备方法。重点介绍了采用多层复合电镀技术制备功能梯度材料。该方法成本低、易于操作,所得镀层孔隙率低、结合力好,耐磨、耐蚀性好。 Functional gradient materials are becoming more and more popular for their peculiar performances. Methods of preparing functional gradient materials were summarized. Emphasis was placed on the technique of multilayer composite plating. The technique has strengths such as low cost, easy to operate, low porosity, good coherence, wearability and corrosion resistance, and has wide application in future.
