摘要
讨论了用于冲击处理装置的多横模激光振荡器,给出了高重复率钕玻璃激光冲击处理装置的设计,并详细说明了光路安排中各个光学器件的设计参数。实验测量了激光器单次和以重复频率0.5Hz运转时输出的能量,并且测量了激光器在正常运转时激光脉宽和放大自发辐射(ASE)的大小。测量结果表明,在单次和0.5Hz频率运转时,激光输出能量都能达到40J以上;激光的脉宽稳定在22ns左右;激光输出的ASE大约为16mJ。测量数据表明,该激光器可以用来进行激光冲击强化的实验研究装置。
Multiple transverse mode laser oscillator of high repetition-rate Nd:glass shock treatment installation is disscussed.The design of high repetition-rate Nd:glass laser shock processing and the parameters of various optical elements are given.The laser output energy,pulse width and amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) are measured at the single frequence and 0.5 Hz frequence.The results show that the laser output energy can reach more than 40 J,with laser width of 22 ns and ASE of about 16 mJ,and the laser can be used for laser shock processing.
