摘要
目的:提高护理文书的书写质量。方法:应用"护理文书书写质量反馈信息本"对护理文书质量进行问题反馈、修正、管理。结果:护理文书缺陷减少,书写质量提高。结论:通过应用"护理文书书写质量反馈信息本",强化了法律意识,转变了观念,实现了对护士人性化的管理,提高了护理文书书写质量。
Objective： To improve the quality of nursing records. Methods： ＂The nursing record quality feedback information book＂ was used to feed back and revise problems in the nursing records. Results： The flaws in nursing records reduced obviously, the quality enhanced. Conclusion： Application of ＂the feedback information book＂ strengthened the legal consciousness of nurses, transformed their ideas, and enhanced the quality of nursing records.
