摘要
目的:提高护理文书的书写质量。方法:应用"护理文书书写质量反馈信息本"对护理文书质量进行问题反馈、修正、管理。结果:护理文书缺陷减少,书写质量提高。结论:通过应用"护理文书书写质量反馈信息本",强化了法律意识,转变了观念,实现了对护士人性化的管理,提高了护理文书书写质量。
Objective: To improve the quality of nursing records. Methods: "The nursing record quality feedback information book" was used to feed back and revise problems in the nursing records. Results: The flaws in nursing records reduced obviously, the quality enhanced. Conclusion: Application of "the feedback information book" strengthened the legal consciousness of nurses, transformed their ideas, and enhanced the quality of nursing records.
