摘要
目的探讨中医综合治疗法在腰椎间盘突出症临床治疗的作用。方法所有病例均采用牵引、按摩、针灸、中药及功能锻炼等综合疗法进行治疗。结果 365例治愈率55.5%,好转率42.1%,无效率1.4%。结论在适应证明确的情况下,采用中医综合所述综合治疗,具有治疗费用低、疗效可靠、安全性高等优点。
Objective Discuss the effect of traditional Chinese medical comprehensive treatment in the clinical treatment for lumbar disc herniation. Methods All the cases were treated with such traditional Chinese medical comprehensive treatment as traction,massage,acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine and functional treatment. Results 55. 5% of the 365 cases have been cured,42. 1% of them have been under recovery,and 1. 4% showed no sign of recovery. Conclusion Given that the syndromes are identified,choosing the traditional chinese medical comprehensive treatment to treat patients has the benefits of low expense,reliable effects,and security.
