摘要
目的了解玉林师范学院大学生对艾滋病相关知识的掌握情况及健康教育需求,评价健康教育效果,为制定该校健康教育策略提供依据。方法采取随机整群抽样方法,在健康教育开展前后抽取860名大学生匿名进行问卷调查。结果干预后与干预前相比,大学生对蚊虫叮咬不能传播艾滋病的知晓率从41.69%提高到72.68%,差异有统计学意义(x2=163.18,P〈0.01);大学生对及早治愈性病可预防艾滋病和洁身自爱是预防艾滋病的主要措施的知晓率仍较低,分别为67.47%和68.92%。大学生现有艾滋病知识来源主要是网络(68%),希望获得艾滋病知识的途径是学校健康教育(71%)。结论大学生对艾滋病知识掌握不全面,艾滋病健康教育的力度应加强。广播、网络等宣传媒介可提高大学生对艾滋病的认识,可作为健康教育的主要方式。
Objective To understand the status of AIDS knowledge in college students and their requirement for health education, and evaluate the effect of health education for improving teaching methods. Methods By the random cluster sampling method, 860 students were selected and investigated about AIDS with a questionnaire before and after the education. Results After the intervention the awareness of the knowledge that mosquitoes' biting could not transmit HIV/AIDS improved from 41.69 % to 72.68 %. There was a significant difference, X2 = 163.18, P 〈 0.01. Totally 67% of students knew that curing venereal disease could prevent from AIDS, and 68% of students knew that a regular sexual partner could prevent from AIDS. A total of 68% of students got the knowledge of AIDS from Network, and 71% of students expected to know the knowledge of AIDS from school health education. Conclusions The AIDS knowledge of the students is inadequate, and we should strengthen the education of AIDS prevention. The media, such as broadcast and Network, can play an important role in the education.
