摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病患者抑郁与低血糖事件的关系。方法:用Zung抑郁自量表对109例糖尿病患者进行抑郁评分,抑郁指数≥0.5者为抑郁组。比较两者的低血糖事件发生率。结果:109例2型糖尿病患者中患抑郁者47例。男女之间、不同年龄段、教育程度、有无并发症及负性生活事件之间的抑郁发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组低血糖事件的发生率也不同(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者常存在抑郁心理,且受性别、年龄、并发症、负性生活事件和教育程度的影响。2型糖尿病伴抑郁患者更易出现低血糖事件。
Objective： To investigate the relationship between hypoglycemia and depression in diabetic patients.Methods： Zung self-rating depression scale （SDS） was used to screen depression in 109 patients .Depression was defined when the depression index was more than 0.5.The occurrences of hypoglycemia were observed.Results： 47 of 109 type 2 diabetics had depression.The occurrences of depression in diabetic patients were significantly different in people of different sexes,ages,education degrees and so on（P〈0.05）.The occurrences of hypoglycemia events were also significantly different in two groups.（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Patients with diabetes mellitus often have moods of depression and these negativemoods are related to sexes,ages,diabetic complication,negative life events and education degrees.Depression with type 2 diabetes patients are more prone to happen hypoglycemia events.
