摘要
目的:通过学习合同在高职护理外科临床教学中的实践,旨在探讨学习合同在高职护理外科临床教学中的运作方式与教学效果。方法:125名学生被随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用学习合同教学策略,对照组采用传统带教方式教学,比较两组学生入科考试、出科考试、临床技能考核、实习生结业考试外科成绩的差异,数据采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果:实验组在出科考试、临床技能考核、实习生结业考试方面外科护理成绩显著高于对照组。结论:学习合同教学策略较传统临床教学法更能提高高职护理学生的理论水平和临床技能,达到更好的教学效果。
Objective: based on the practice of the learning contract on surgical clinical teaching of higher vocational nursing specialty,this article aims to explore its operation way and teaching effectiveness.Methods: 125 students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group .Learning contract teaching strategies were adopted to the experiment group whereas traditional teaching method was adopted to the control group.Students test scores (pre-surgical and post-surgical nursing practice,surgical skills assessment,surgical interns final examination results) were compared between the two groups.All statistics were conducted by software SPSS 13.0.Results: Experimental group scores in post-surgical nursing practice,surgical skills assessment and surgical interns final examination results were significantly higher than those in controls.Conclusions: Compared with the traditional clinical teaching methods,learning contract teaching strategies can improve higher vocational nursing students′ theoretic level and practical skills,which achieve better teaching results.
